Presenter BiosTamie Rising is a professional speaker and certified life coach who offers inspirational workshops and seminars around the country as well as transformational in-depth coaching programs that help clients achieve new heights of success, meaning and spiritual aliveness.
Stephanie Gray and Jenny Hahn are co-owners and process painting facilitators at Creative Nectar Studio in Mission, KS. Both have used painting for process in their own lives for over a decade to heal and transform, and are now honored to share that gift with others.
Schedule:
- 10:00 - 10:30 am: Welcome and Introductions
- 10:30 am to 11:30: Tapping into what you love and sharing the code for authentic, purposeful and prosperous living. What do you love? What makes you come alive?
- 11:30-12:30: Play and Explore with Paint
What does it feel like to be curious about the life awaiting you and to move with color? - 12:30 to 1:30 pm: Lunch Break (bring a sack lunch) or lunch on your own
- 1:30 - 2:30 pm: Creating a blueprint for your life in 3 years. Defining the dream and trying on a life you would love living.
- 2:30 - 3:30 pm: Embodying the Dream Through Painting
Who am I becoming? What is emerging through me? - 3:30-4 pm: Closing Circle
A time to reflect, share or silently bask in a supportive community that reflects your truth back to you.
More Details:
- All art materials are provided. We use tempera paint which washes out of clothes for the most part, but please wear clothes you don't mind getting messy. Limited paint smocks are available to borrow.
- We have refrigerator space and a microwave for you to use, should you choose to bring your lunch and/or snacks. If you choose to go out for lunch, we can provide suggestions for nearby restaurants.
- Off-street parking is available in front of the studio. The studio is wheelchair accessible.
- We provide a kettle of hot water with an assortment of teas or hot chocolate, as well as almonds and dark chocolates for snacks. If there is something else you would like to bring, please feel free. We want you to feel pampered during your retreat!
- We have clipboard with lined paper and pens available for journaling. However, we encourage you to bring your favorite journal if you have one.
- This is your time and we are here to hold the space and walk with you on your journey. If there is something we can do to make your retreat experience more meaningful, please let us know.
